At the beginning of the season, England had a solid lead. At the end of the competition, England completely destroyed the competition. In fact, they managed to get more points than Denmark in second place, and Belgium in third place combined. It hardly seems necessary to mention any other teams in a season like this, and yet the Lankans deserve a special mention. They were only three points away from stealing the third place from the Belgians. Well played... Especially England!
