Logos and Mascots
The Michelin guide is an institution in the culinary world. Since 1936 they have awarded restaurants with one to three stars.
Restaurants that offer a menu at a reasonable price but don't quite reach the star level can receive a 'Bib gourmand'.
The bib in that title refers to the nickname of the Michelin logo, a man made up of tires.
What is that nickname that seems to imply the logo was mainly concerned with what to drink...
