These two countries have (almost) identical vertical tricolors as their national flags.
One of the two countries started using the flag in 1960, after achieving independence from France.
In 1960, the two flags were not identical, because the other country included a Coat of Arms on their flag. However, the Coat of Arms was removed from this flag in 1989.
Name the two countries.
