Season 110 - Day 11 of 14

Music

What is the name of the South African singer and United Nations goodwill ambassador who was nicknamed Mama Africa?
The singer had strong political opinions and she argued openly against apartheid and the white-minority government in South Africa – actions that led her to be exiled from the country.
She is known for her long standing collaboration with Harry Belafonte and in 1965, they won a Grammy together.
Her biggest hit was probably the Afro-pop dance song “Pata Pata”.
